I'll also try to get a sense of your culture and any other nuances that will ensure not only finding the right candidate but increasing the potential that the candidate fits in and thrives in your unique environment.
This attention to detail results in fewer - but better qualified candidates - being sent your way. Candidates are thoroughly interviewed and submitted with my interview notes along with the candidates resume. You'll never get just a resume from me. You'll know what I know and, frankly, a significant number of candidates who don't qualify will never find their way to you... that's how I earn my fees. Further, I'll always reference check any candidate that you decide you want to see again.
